Cusco Construction was appointed to deliver comprehensive external envelope remediation works on a residential development in Sheffield for Places for People, in collaboration with Precision Facades Ltd. The project involved the full strip-back and replacement of the existing façade system to meet current performance and fire safety standards.
Removal of existing cladding.
Removal of existing ply substrate and insulation
Installation of new substrate insulation & Y wall.
Installation of new windows
Installation of breather membrane & cladding rails
