Ben is a driven and detail-oriented Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has been an integral part of the Cusco Construction team for the past two years. Working closely with our Senior Quantity Surveyors, he plays a key role in supporting the financial and commercial management of our schemes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across projects. Ben brings a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and genuine enthusiasm to everything he does, making him a valued contributor to the smooth delivery of our projects and a promising talent within the business.

Site Manager

Karl is our highly experienced Site Manager, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience within the construction industry. His career journey reflects true dedication to the trade, having progressed from labourer through to Site Manager, gaining invaluable on-site knowledge at every stage. Karl has extensive experience delivering fit-out and drylining projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and programme control. Known for his sharp eye for detail and leadership on site, Karl continues to push his professional development, with clear ambitions to progress into Project Management and, in time, Construction Management.
